This game was created for the Blitz Coder One Button Competition.

The controls are simple:

The 'Enter' key controls everything in the game. When golfing an arrow will appear spinning around your ball. Press 'Enter' to lock the angle you wish to shoot at. After selecting your angle the power meter will begin to charge. Press 'Enter' again to choose how mujch power you want to hit the ball with. That's it.

Comments:

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. I apologize to my family who lost me on many evenings as I coded away on this. This is my first Blitz Basic game.

Thanks to everyone who helped me and the games I liberally borrowed from for inspiration.

Revisions:

Version 1.0

- initial release
- Blitz Coder One Button Competition entry version

Version 1.1

- added a return to the frontend at the end of the 9th hole
- reset hole scores at end of 9th hole
- changed screenmode to fullscreen 32 bit to fix some colour depth problems
- fixed par score on 9th hole to read 6 instead of 5

Version 1.2

- fixed the return to frontend if you scored less than max strokes on 9th hole
- added reward signs for eagle, birdie, par and bogey

Version 1.3

- added frame limiting locking the framerate to 60 fps. This should make the game more consistent on different machines
